The Greenaway Foundation is here to support financially challenged families across Crawley, Horley, and East Grinstead who don’t qualify for formal aid yet find themselves needing a bit of extra help at this time of year. This Christmas, the charity is aiming to raise a whopping £125,000 to reach over 1,000 local families, and thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, they’ve already raised over £80,000.

Why Your Donation Matters

Imagine waking up on Christmas morning without the means to provide a festive meal or even a single gift for your child. For some families, this is a reality – one that no parent should have to face. By raising £125,000, The Greenaway Foundation will deliver hampers filled with everything needed for a traditional Christmas meal and 4,000 gifts that each child has personally wished for.

For just £25, you can “Gift a Wish” and bring a smile to a child’s face this Christmas. By simply skipping a coffee here and there or a few pints at the pub, you could be the difference between a child having a gift to open on Christmas morning – or not. Small sacrifices can make a huge difference to a family in need, especially at this time of year.

Take Tiffany’s story as an example. Tiffany, a young girl from our community, received support from The Greenaway Foundation at a time when her family needed it most.
