Vintage Market To Raise Funds For Chestnut Tree House

Helen Jones, originally from West Sussex started Hels Belles Boutique consisting of vintage craft fairs after moving to Gloucester three and a half years ago.

Now, she’s bringing her vintage fairs to Sussex in the Martlets Hall in Burgess Hill on 28th November, entry is £2 and children go free.

The event will host an abundance of quality traders selling all things vintage, handmade, antique and collectable. There will be live vintage-inspired entertainment from fabulous solo artists, groups and dancers, vintage beauty, a vintage tea party plus lots more.

Helen said: “I am originally from Crawley and my family still live there.

“The fairs have been very popular throughout Gloucestershire. We’ve hosted them in Gloucester city centre, Stroud and Tetbury.

With 15 under my belt so far I decided to take the event on the road in hope that people will enjoy them just as much in Sussex.

“Hels Belles Boutique was a finalist in the recent National Vintage Awards and hopefully a winner next year (we can dream!)

“We support the James Hopkins Trust in Gloucestershire, a brilliant children’s charity and I was keen to find a similar charity in the Sussex area.

“This market will donate funds to the Chestnut Tree House. It’s is the only children’s hospice in Sussex and without the generosity of the people of Sussex it would not be able to offer the amazing support to children and families.”
