Be Bowled Over By town’s Charity Skittles Tournament
Are you looking for a fun-filled event this month which will also help raise money for a good cause? In the first week of July, Horley Lions Club will be hosting a charity skittles tournament.
The Monday to Friday tournament will feature preliminary rounds from Monday, July 1
to Thursday, July 4, with the final of the event taking place on the evening of Friday, July 5.
As well as the sporting action, there will be refreshments for players and spectators, including a BBQ organised by Horley Lions Club, and a bar run by Horley Cricket & Hockey Club.
Teams of 8 will be raising money for Reigate-based charity, The Lucy Rayner Foundation, the entry fee for players is £4.50 each, making it £36.00 for a team which can be friends or families.
