Helping Everyone to Enjoy The West Sussex Countryside
Helping Everyone to Enjoy The West Sussex Countryside
Are you passionate about rights of way and access to the countryside? Do you enjoy activities such as horse riding, cycling and wildlife? Do you own, farm or manage land? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, the West Sussex Local Access Forum would like to hear from you.
The forum aims to protect and improve access to the countryside by providing advice and getting involved with access projects. The next scheduled formal meeting of the West Sussex Local Access Forum is due to take place this month on Wednesday, October 23 in Horsham.
The group’s chairman, Graham Elvey, said: “I have personally always found it incredibly rewarding to be given the opportunity, through membership of the forum, of being involved in improving countryside access. Whether this is by working with other volunteers, using our influence to
guide local authorities and other organisations, or involvement with works on the ground.”
