Horsham District’s Literary Life Brought To Life This Summer
Time is running out for you to visit Horsham Museum’s Horsham District’s Literary Life – Collected, Portrayed, Displayed which celebrates the rich and varied literary life of Horsham district.
The exhibition which closes on Saturday, June 22 features a range of manuscripts,
illustrations, paintings, and stunning examples of Victorian calligraphy and dozens of books.
As part of the district’s year of culture, the fascinating exhibition concentrates on the
written word by authors who have lived in, or were born in, the District or where there is a Horsham District connection.
Horsham District’s Literary Life – Collected, Portrayed, Displayed is a look at the written word in the district, exploring more than 400 years of literary culture. The exhibition runs until Saturday, June 22.
