Experience a festival filled with interactive trails, crafts and story-telling as you enter the world of Beatrix Potter’s iconic tales. Children will love exploring the beautiful walled garden, getting their hands dirty sowing seeds and learning all about the wonderful world of plants. Enjoy an interactive trail through the botanic gardens, settle down for a reading of Beatrix Potter’s enchanting stories or test your bounce with a sack race.
Wakehurst, Kew’s wild botanic garden in Sussex, hosts more than 500 acres of stunning gardens, woodlands and a nature reserve. It is also home to the Millennium Seed Bank, the largest wild seed conservation project in the world, you can watch scientists at work and discover more on the vital mission to conserve the world’s plant species.
A Wakehurst day admission ticket includes entry to the Peter Rabbit activities, all activities are free of charge and no booking required. Normal garden admission prices apply – Adults £12.50, Children (16 and under) are FREE.
