Pub in the Park is coming to Reigate this June!
Tom Kerridge’s amazing food and music festival is coming to Priory Park on 23 – 25 June this year. The event promises to bring world-class chefs, award winning restaurants, banging live music and Michelin-starred food this summer.
Bananarama, Judge Jules, Soul II Soul, Example, Stereo MCs, Norman Jay, and Toploader are just some of the incredible artists set up to perform live over the weekend.
In addition, some of the best chefs in the business will be hosting events, meeting us all to talk and for signings in the bookshop, and impressing with their chef demos. Our stars in Reigate this year include Tom Kerridge, Simon Rimmer, Kerth Gumbs, Adam Purnell, and Matt Tebbutt!
Fabulous drinks and food vendors this year include the world-renowned Hand & Flowers and Atul Kotcher’s Indian Cuisine alongside a host of spectacular national and local chef talents – all offering their signature dishes and tasters for the whole family to enjoy.
Family favorite ‘Super Pirates’ will be leading the way for family entertainment, alongside fun fayre rides and much more means that Pub in the Park offers something for everybody!
Meet Your Hosts
Tom Kerridge
Tom Kerridge
Tom first appeared on television in 2009 where he competed in The Great British Menu, winning the main course and cooking a banquet for King Charles and Camilla. More television work followed, including his most recent TV series, Lose Weight for Good. Tom is the author of five best-selling cookbooks and is a director for Pub in the Park. Since opening The Hand and Flowers in 2005, Tom’s career path has grown, with support from his wife Beth, allowing the business to grow and diversify. In 2011, The Hand and Flowers was the first pub to receive two stars in the Michelin Guide. Tom opened The Coach in 2014 and within its first year, received three AA Rosettes, with a Michelin star awarded in 2018.
Matt Tebbutt

Originally in the RAF, Matt gained a diploma at Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, before working for some of London’s most prestigious restaurants. Matt is currently presenting Saturday Kitchen and Best Bites on BBC 1, Food Unwrapped, which is in it’s 15th Series, on Channel 4. He has presented Save Money: Good Food, Matt Tebbutt’s South Africa, the Food Network, “The Big Eat” and “Kitchen Superheroes”. Matt also co-presented Market Kitchen with Tom Parker-Bowles and Matthew Fort. Matt’s first solo cookbook, ‘Matt Tebbutt Cooks Country’, featuring all of his favourite recipes is still available, as is his second book ‘Guilty Pleasures’. He is also a regular contributor to Waitrose Kitchen magazine.
Adam Purnell
Adam Purnell
Adam, better known as Shropshire Lad through his incredibly popular YouTube Channel which he started in 2017 to showcase his outdoor cooking adventures in Shropshire. Adam’s reputation is well established as a live fire chef and delivers demonstrations and pop up restaurants across the UK. Adam has made television appearances alongside Heston Blumenthal on Crazy Delicious, Nadia Hussein’s Fast Flavour show and recently as a critic on MasterChef The Professionals, where he was described as one of the leaders in the UK street food and pop up scene.
Kerth Gumbs
Kerth Gumbs
Kerth’s TV work includes being crowned champion of the London and South East region and becoming a national finalist on Great British Menu in 2020 and is currently a judge on BBC’s Young Chef. He is hailed and one of the most exciting chefs in the UK, hailing from the Caribbean Island on Anguilla and has worked in some of the most iconic restaurants in the world. This includes running a pop-up at The Four Seasons Resort and in Singapore, where he joined Jason Atherton to launch Esquina and cocktail bar The Study. In 2016, Kerth helped launch Ormer Mayfair as the head chef.
